first name i want to put out here is bill express. bopo these fuckers run a visa debit card. i sent a payment with them. the recipient reversed the payment. 36 hours later i am still seeing nothing back. I have sent my complaint to the ACCC ACCC the australian business complaints people. I spent 55 minutes on their phone service queue (and i am in brisbane and they don't have a local number so it was a national long distance number) and i gave up because it was nearing home time for most workers.

I will tell you what I am doing in response. I have had multiple good experiences with the bendigo bank Bendigo Bank and they offer a visa debit card. I am moving all my funds to them. I have pretty much given up hope on the funds lost to FUCKING billpay. I am at the end of my tether. If these fucks want my business ever again they will have to get my attention by... at least... repaying what they fucking stole from me.

FUCK YOU BILLPAY, FUCK YOU BOPO. I will retract this despising if they do the decent thing and return my money graciously but I am so dubious they are gonna do that.

Anyway. To something positive. er.... negative? There is nothing for goths or dark psychedelic or industrial heads to go and party to in this town (Brisbane Australia). What the fuck is going on?
